I still cannot have the door installed because I am still waiting for the hardware. When I looked at the specifications for the door , it said hardware included. Unfortunately, there was no mention that it is sent separately. The door arrived September 28. It is now October 6 and I am still waiting for the hardware.

Kit was perfect. Arrived quick and in perfect shape. Trim kit made it a seamless replacement for an existing opening. Dog door is well constructed with easy to use locks.
