This sink was the perfect choice for our master bathroom update!

Worked perfect as an apron sink in our custom vanity!

This is a 17.65" x 17.65" and when I finally received it, I got a 18" x 21" sink (too big). The sink itself is absolutely awesome but the wrong size and we begin our demo this weekend. I called customer service and the lady agreed that this was the wrong item sent. She did not offer to replace the item with the correct item. She then offered to return it for a $34 return fee which is ridiculous since it wasn't even the right product shipped. After explaining that this is not my fault that they sent me the wrong item, she then agreed to waive the return fee as a "one time courtesy" to me. How is this a courtesy?! I'm working with my contractor to see if we can make this work in some way but this was my first and probably only time I'll ever order through this place. Absolutely ridiculous. Update. I've been trying to get in touch with anyone on Wayfair via phone or chat and am currently on day 3 of waiting over an hour for someone. Chat says it "fails". All I want to do is get this sink returned and never deal with this company again.
