High quality product, everything is solid, no plastic pieces that we can see. However it took the plumber a bit to get it to stop dripping after he first I staled it. He is concerned that the cartridge for this product might be faulty. He said that these cartridges for years and this one seems a bit temperamental. He said to be sure to contact manufacturer if it starts to drip again in the near future.

Matte black and gorgeous! Just had the quartz countertops installed and placed them in the holes until the plumber can install - great quality - they are a stunner. Highly recommend!

I really like the faucet its heavy feels great to the touch, has clean lines and overall feels quality. However, less than 1yr in the braided hose split and needed to be replaced.
