The faucet was perfect and the color was beautiful ! So happy we chose this product !

Pretty disappointed, this faucet looks nice but not so much. Within a month the coating that is on it started flaking off around where the small shaft handle screws in to the valve body and now it looks terrible. Also the sprayer button is difficult to push at best, gets stuck nearly every time we use (we have to push it hard at least 5 to 10 times to get it to do something different) it and frequently will get stuck and allow only half pressure while spraying and streaming at the same time. The lousy part is I installed it on my new KRAUS double sink before installation and because of the way things are set up under the sink, I think I will have to take the sink out to get the faucet out. I went from one bad faucet to another. I do NOT recommend.

I love the look of the faucet and liked it as a whole for a few months. Then we started loosing pressure and the switch to go from single flow to spray quit working. It is always now on light spray and that’s obviously no help for most kitchen use. I can not find my paperwork that came with it (not sure if there was any) and a plumber is working on it as I write this. He cannot fix it either. I hate that I may have to go with a new faucet after just a year.

Reviews are accurate the sprayer is plastic but got over that the first day. No prints left behind and easy to keep clean. It’s a bold piece and heavy weight.
