I’ve had 2 of these sent to me. The first one didn’t work at all. I had it professionally installed. Water from my lines is just fine, very strong pressure but nothing came out of the faucet or sprayer. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me it sounded like the faucet was defective and to get a refund or replacement from where I purchased. It had been more than 30 days so I couldn’t return it but due to it being under warranty, Wayfair sent me a replacement. I also had the replacement professionally installed and this time water came out of the faucet and sprayer but the pressure was terribly weak. The plumber said “there’s no volume” from the faucet. He showed me how the pressure from water lines is great. He filled a bucket up halfway in seconds. I took a video of the weak faucet pressure and sent it to Kingston Brass asking how can this be resolved after 2 failed faucets. I will contact Wayfair about returning the replacement. But please stay AWAY from this faucet! It’s beautiful but not functional. The positive reviews are older and both pieces send to me were manufactured 7132023.

It is beautiful. I will change out the sprayer because it sprays very lightly, not good if you want to wash your hair.
