This item has caused me nothing but GRIEF The delivery was late, the box it came in looked like opened and parts missing. had to purchase extension hose to operate . Then because there was no instructions in the box .had to plumber to get instructions.

I waited a couple of months to write this review. Let me start with minor negatives and then tell you how happy I am with this item. The big negative is the installation process. Before installing this, I set everything out and got my tools ready. During installation, I ran into a big hang up with the flexible hose because it has a very small bolt head / fastener. However, I was eventually able to complete the installation on my own. If you have patience and good tool set, you too can do it. That said, let me say, I do not regret selecting this faucet. It is beautiful. Beautiful finish and beautiful design. In person, you can see a big difference between this one and the "Big Box" Faucet that it was replacing. Night and day difference. It has functioned perfectly, is easy to clean and I even like the way the water flows out of the nozzle. For the price, this is an amazing value.
