Unfortunately, faucet had a defective valve. I contacted one of your customer service representatives. She ordered a replacement valve, but your supplier couldn't send a valve. Another person took over the claim, he sent an email informing me a new faucet would be sent. True to his word the new faucet arrived, problem solved. I like the faucet, 3 stars reflect that things did not go smoothly.

The style appealed to me most as did the fact that hot and cold water be managed with separate handles. This faucet set is a very classic style.

Absolutely awful. Would give negative stars if possible. The first faucet broke within a week and they sent me a replacement. Luckily customer service was terrific. Had to pay to have the first one removed and the second one installed because I’m not handy enough to do it myself. The faucet is LOUD. Unusually so, which makes it super annoying while in use. The hot handle has been falling off since it was installed and has to be screwed back in every few weeks or so. As of yesterday, a little over two years since I purchased the faucet, it stopped working. The plumber just left and said I need a new faucet. So that’s a visit today and another to install. One faucet, four paid plumbing visits at 1k. Never buying a cheap faucet again because in the end it’s the most expensive option. This one in particular should be taken off the market. Shameful.
