While this tub spout is beautiful, this particular model(older) is missing the set screw in the extension and made the mounting a little wobbly. After our plumber connected with the manufacturer they said they’d send it to us, but when we called back to confirm shipping their customer service team wasn’t as willing without us paying an amount that just seemed silly. We made fixes ourselves, but it would have made the process of installation so much smoother had the set screw been included.
