We love the look ! It took the plumbers approximately six hours to install ! Just finished tiling ! They had some issues with tiling on the top of the surround !

This damaged acrylic shower base from Wayfair was delivered to my home, they are refusing to pick it up, due to the size I do not have the means to get rid of it and it will cost me to have someone pick it up. A pick up confirmation was created, however the Management Resolve team got involved and canceled it, saying it was my problem to get rid of . As well, it is taking up a large space in my garage therefore I am unable to park my car. I cannot believe Wayfair's attitude, disregard and lack of responsibility towards damaged product they delivered to me. This is my first experience with Wayfair, I will not deal with them again. A Canadian agent finally picked up my call and resolved my problem with the pick up from the Mississauga Warehouse, they picked up and were very efficient. Apparently the original request for the pick was sent to wrong department.

Looks nothing like the picture. Flimsy and folded up.

Converted a tub area to this shower unit. Looks so open now. Also, the handicapped owner can wheel right in.
