This tap is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, when it was delivered the handles were brushed nickel instead of brass as per my order. I called Wayfair customer service and the problem was rectified immediately. I just installed it and there seems to be an issue with the side sprayer. Normally, when you turn on the taps and then activate the side sprayer, the water stops at the main faucet and is diverted to the sprayer which gives great pressure. Mine does not do that. The water stays on full blast from the main tap, and the water that comes out of the sprayer as a sprinkle. Think gentle rainshower. I am not sure if this is how this faucet is designed and if this is normal, so I have written to the company to ask, but have not had any response. It has been two days. Disappointed in the side sprayer, but the tap works well and it is gorgeous. Is it worth the trade off? Maybe. But I would give it 5 stars if the sprayer worked like every other one on the market.
