Excellent quality and customer service. This is the 3rd set like this that I have and will order another when replacing a different faucet! Style fits our 1890 house, shipping is prompt.

I like the looks of this faucet. However, I do not like the way the faucets turn on and off. You have to move the faucet to the middle position before the water starts to flow. Th water flow is not very strong. The faucets makes a clicking sound when you move it. My plumber said that is the way it is designed.

After one month hot water handle is broken.

Plumber had to come twice as the faucet squeaked when you turn spickets on and off. He took it apart and applied some silicone spray the second time he came, which reduced the squeaking but still squeaking occasionally. Not happy

I love the color and it looks beautiful in my kitchen...
