This faucet is beautiful! It’s substantial and works extremely well. One downside is that the spray portion is heavy.

Very impressive, wonderful quality

I am having a horrendous time with this faucet. It was installed about a month ago as part of a renovation. The hot water handle is persistently loose and wobbling no matter how often I tighten it, and there is a dripping leak that comes out of the side sprayer whenever I turn it on. The aerator makes for a really unpleasant, sputtering flow (I know this can be removed/replaced and am willing to try that). I'm going to contact customer service to see if I can get some replacement parts or a refund. In the meantime, I would recommend that others invest in a higher quality piece of equipment, because this one is a real bummer.

I’m very happy with this purchase. The faucet is very nice in the polished chrome finish and looks great. It’s not a chunky or bulky look.
