Love my new faucet! Perfect for our jacuzzi tub!

I would have given product a 5 star had the shower part size was larger. But compared to the faucet it looked minature. But the product was very heavy duty and beautiful.

This 5 piece set worked on an older jacuzzi shower and tub that required a deck mounted 5 hole set in polished brass; the old set the plumber took off (Danze Opulence) was made of a lot thinner cheaper metal; it had been on there for at least 15 years; my plumber stated that the Kingston Brass set was made very solid, and the pieces were heavy; He said it was straightforward to install; I do think for installation of this set, the manufacturer should also include another base plate piece for the handshower as sometimes previous holes made from installation of past trim/valves, the holes were cut too large for the handshower mounting piece to entirely cover the hole, so it required I had to get another base plate for that purpose. It looks absolutely stunning installed on my jacuzzi tub shower. Check all of your items for defects; I had two sets with defects on the tub faucet nose; it appeared to be tooling shape defect from factory; otherwise the set was really good quality, and 5 starts to Wayfair customer service as they worked with me to get things right, and they are definitely a 5 star Customer Service Team! Thank you Wayfair Customer Service for working with me to make things right. I will be back for sure!
