I was sent the wrong color shower head at first, but customer service quickly replaced it with the right color. My contractor tweaked it a little bit to help the water come out of it stronger because there’s a filter on the inside and a really small hole for the water to come through. Now it feels like a rain shower.

UPDATING my review below now that my contractor is installing the shower kit, to add that the instructions for the faucet and faceplate are confusing. It comes with two screws and instructions on where to put them - but there are no holes in the faceplate for them to go. -- Im so excited to install my new shower. The parts are heavy and feel good quality, and will look beautiful in my older home. I will also be ordering a tub faucet to match, which Im hoping will work with the set. So far, love it.
