Got this item and upon opening the package found one of the parts had a small ding in it, which removed the finish. Not a big deal but no matter how you screw it on, the ding is to the front of the faucet. Sent Kingston Brass an email about it and 3 days later, no response. Figured I'd just put it in anyhow. Everything went well until I went to put the adjustment bar onto the horizontal bar. It's just TOO SHORT! They even have an additional "drain installation" instruction sheet addressing this along with a notation on the bottom of the instructions with "Problem/Corrective Action". So, apparently they know there is a problem, why not just make one of the parts longer so it reaches and you don't have to put another instruction sheet in AND a note on the bottom of the directions about this??

Exactly how I imagined, great quality. Not installed yet but so far so good!

Slightly challenging to install. Had to buy parts. However, it looks beautiful.
