Bought this wall faucet, installed it into a brand new house we were building. Went in the house one day, (still in the building phase,) and the WHOLE house was soaking wet!! Needless to say, after ripping multiple walls out it was THIS faucet that had failed inside the wall!! Called the kingston brass warranty department multiple times and waited for someone to answer for over a half hour each time with no answer! That tells me they have lots of warranty claims. Im so disappointed because this is a beautiful fixture. I have another fixture this brand installed, I'm HOPING it was just a freak thing because we don't need anymore floods in our house :(

It's beautiful, with substantial weight, clean lines and nice finish. It looks great in our reno'd 1950's bathroom. Great value for the price.
