Everything about this thing is great, EXCEPT it's advertised that you only need to drill 2 holes. In fact, the center of the bridge, which should be entirely tucked under and inside the housing, protrudes beyond the housing, thus requiring gouging out about 1/8 inch of the surface substrate before it will mount properly. Oh, and this is WITH the included deck plate. Without the deck plate, you're looking at a 1/4 inch gouge out of the surface substrate. Not cool, as I don't know if I'll end up liking this faucet and if I ever wanted a raised bridge faucet, I'd be staring at an ugly gouge in my granite countertop. The other solution would be to make a thicker deckplate, but that's beyond my skills.

This faucet is so sleek and sophisticated. Assembly and installation were very easy for my DIY husband, but the instructions were not very good. Note that a drain is not included with this faucet.
