We bought this faucet in oil-rubbed bronze to go on our rectangular white ceramic vessel bathroom sink. The faucet part will look great on the sink. It's a vessel sink, but not a bowl, so the faucet comes out the back of the flat area of the sink, not out of the countertop. The problem is the drain assembly. This sink sits on top of a 1 1/2", maybe 2" thick wood counter top. The drain assembly simply isn't long enough to go through the counter top, and come out into the drain of the sink. It's way too short. Now what to do? We'll either have to return this item, or buy additional parts to make this work, if the right parts are even available. I really dislike buying an item that comes with problems, and where you have to do work-arounds.

Building a new home and purchased these for my bathroom. They are very well made and beautiful. Builder and plumber both commented on quality of this faucet.

The tap installed great, no issues there and the quality is very good. The drain assembly on the other hand, while made very well, is over an inch shorter than the old drain assembly sleeve. My fix will be finding a new brushed nickel drain assembly the is the correct length. All the piping is 1 14 steel piping and exposed, so I don’t want to used PVC. Tap 55, drain assembly 25.
