6/23 Updated review: OMG, I now see that you have changed my delivery date from 7/2-7/8 to 7/23-7/28. Where did my "in stock" vanity disappear to? Did you push my date to the end of the month because I complained? Instead of reviewing this item, I have a serious complaint about Customer Service. You are a big company and I have placed orders that shipped out immediately with no problems. But contact is nearly impossible if there is problem. After 28 days and 3 phone calls,where I had to wait on hold for an hour each time to speak to a live person, you send out "no reply e-mails" to notify me my $1100 vanity will not be delivered on 6/19 but will be delivered on 7/3. My contractor can't finish my bathroom until this vanity arrives. I see that my order has been marked as backordered this afternoon. There were 7 in stock at the time I placed my order. I was assured that yes they have it and I would get my order on time. I am beyond frustrated over this. My order #2582353062. You should give me a discount for my inconvience and your poor communication and service.
