This has was installed by a plumber and leaks under the unit. Wayfair has been great and replaced the first one. Now the 2nd one has the same problem. Disappointing as I have this company faucet in my Kitchen as well and love it.

The model we purchased has the classic white ceramic knobs for the hot and cold . Fairly simple to install, but right now the water pressure is very low and I don't know why. I don't think it has anything to do with the faucet, but I have to investigate further.

Beautiful product, shipped promptly and well packaged. My plumber installed it without a hitch. If you are installing this on a 3 cm granite countertop, remember to purchase the extensions that are available.
