This has a functional design defect with the shower arm and rain showerhead configuration. The showerhead extends from the wall the same distance as the tub spout below it. As a result, the showerhead is positioned directly over the spout, leaving no usable standing area beneath the water stream. Although the rain showerhead technically pivots, the water pressure and spray pattern do not project outward when angled. Instead, the water drops straight down, making it impossible to compensate for the insufficient reach of the shower arm. This renders the shower function impractical for normal use.
