Robinet de baignoire romaine à 3 poignées et 3 trous Kingston KS3331BX

Gorgeous tub faucet set, and very heavy, nice finish, quality build. But I hired professional plumbers to install them, and the spout just would not mount with the bottom ring in place. The set screw had nothing to grab onto. They said it appears that the incorrect stem was sent, so it is too short to use with the mounting ring. I called Kingston Brass directly once, but will have to call them back to inform them what the plumbers verdict was. Perhaps they can send the right stem. But then I have to pay the plumber to come back again and do it over. So, so much for getting it on sale when I did!
