Fit the vintage tub I picked up from a scrap yard and repainted which had a 4 inch spread. I would have preferred one that was fitted specifically for a 4 in spread, because the mechanism that allows it to be adjustable also makes it a bit bulky, but the price for all the components together couldn't be beat. I think my plumber may have added the plastic nuts for the bolts, not sure those are the ones it came with, which detract from the look, but its in the back. Overall I am very happy with this.

I’m no plumber but this was a breeze to install. The quality is better than I expected and the kit included everything I needed. Our house was built in 1930 and the tub hardware was deteriorating as you can see in the picture. Overall I’m very happy with the way this turned out and for a very reasonable price!

Gorgeous faucet. Good quality materials as you would expect from Kingston Brass. However the plumber was not able to install it securely without extra parts. And the ridged supply lines are worthless unless all your plumbing lines up perfectly. The actual faucet is an 8" center, it comes with the adjustable parts to fit to the width of the holes in the tub, but those parts make the faucet stick out several more inches into the tub. Overall all happy with the product for the price, but unless your situation is perfect you will need a professional plumber and extra parts to make it work.
