Set screw on faucet handle keeps loosening. I do tighten the set screw. The set screw will loosen again. The faucet is new.

I purchased this unit to replace one We had for nearly 15 years; and had finally started to leak. We are happy with everything except the soap dispenser. Every time we use it we have to push it down a time or two to "prime" it before the detergent comes out. But, at least it doesn't leak and all of the other parts work fine. In addition, the faucets and sprayer match the lotion dispenser that sits next to them from our previous set.

After a year we had to replace it. Was terrible.

Great replacement for an old Elkay faucet we had. The high arch gives more clearance for filling pots.
