We bought the faucet, soap dispenser and a matching air gap. We also bought a matching faucet for the under sink RO system. The set up is pretty; however the spray feature cannot be used because it just spreads water everywhere. I do list of the dishes and used to love to use spray. Alas, no more. Bought the Kohler Alma faucet to replace our Delta kitchen faucet. This is a nice faucet but the water pressure coming out of this faucet is too low. So low, almost unusable.

I've been using the faucet for a year. I like the spray feature, which makes a nice, pressurized blade of water. The soap dispenser apparently has a bad spring, because it will not pop back up. I've tried several times to clean it, and nothing helps.

I bought and installed this faucet 2 years ago and the valve is already broke. Can’t get hot water out of it. Needs a new valve. Not what I expected from a Kohler product. I installed and recommend their products to my remodeling clients but am now concerned about continuing.

I purchased this faucet back in May, 2020. I installed the faucet myself which was easy to do. The faucet is great but the pump for the soap dispenser is terrible. It started not to come back up over a month ago. I cleaned it out and it worked again for maybe a week. Now, it doesn’t work at all. I am going to remove it and cap the hole.
