We renovated our bathroom last summer/fall. We purchased the Anthem 3-port from an authorized distributor and had it installed by a licensed plumber under the supervision of a professional contractor. After finding water dripping into our basement storage area from multiple spots, the plumber determine the Anthem unit not only had two leaking cartridge valves, the water that was coming out of them was not all draining into the shower. I saw with my own eyes water dripping from one of the valves and disappearing into the Anthem between the gray foam and the metal beneath the valve without being redirected into the shower. Now we are looking at either tearing out the shower tile or ripping the wall apart in the bedroom closet behind the Anthem. Fixing the faulty cartridges gives me no peace of mind if the unit itself will leave my basement, subflooring and wall interiors wet if the cartridges ever fail again. We already are going to have to clean up a mess that neither I, the plumber nor the contractor should have to pay for.

Like others have mentioned, I've had my anthem for less than a year before the hot water stopped working. I've replaced all cartridges ( there are 6 of them for the 3 valve model) and not even a year later, it stopped working again. Likely the cartridge design is flawed. Stay away from this product.
