VERY DISSAPOINTED - all plastic with rubber hose. I've had Kohler in the past and paid a lot more money now for it than competitors, only to find out it's all cheap plastic now. Will never purchase again.

Simply beautiful! My husband and I installed a new basement bathroom and the shower head looks remarkable. Easy to use. Hose is long. The brushed nickel finish matches the other bathroom fixtures perfectly. We’re renovating the guest bathroom next and will be purchasing this item again!

Totally scam! They swapped out the Kohler hose with a black plastic tube. We didn't open this until we finished our shower and realized what happened.

Generally, we have been loving this item, but after about 3 months, a plastic part inside the adjustable arm piece broke. I expected better craftsmanship from Kohler than such a vulnerable piece of plastic. Now we're trying to figure out if we have to order an entirely new just to get the one replacement piece or make different plans entirely.
