Toilet looks great, however the listing was very misleading and it arrived missing all of the hardware required to install.
FedEx driver was caught on camera dropping the tank off the top of the railing that he slid it up and then kicking it over. Fortunately it was packaged very well and while the protective packaging around the toilet was completely destroyed, the toilet itself arrived in one piece.
Upon opening the package there was no seat, even though the listing picture shows one and it did not mention it was not included, where other listings did. As well, the wall gasket is not included so both of these items will need to be purchased separately at an additional cost in order to be installed and ready to use.
Following some back and forth with the Manufacturer they have agreed to send out the missing hardware including toilet t-bolts, washers, nuts and black bolt covers but not for another 7-14 days.
**UPDATE - The box of missing parts finally arrived April 1st…Except They Are The Wrong Parts…Beware of poor advertising on the Ad, multiple additional costs, and a lot of wasted time. Two thumbs down for this purchase**
