I love this toilet. Flush well and love the design. However I ordered it directly from Kholer after Wayfair cracked the toilet twice during the delivery.

I purchased this toilet for a half-bath, and I am quite pleased with the beauty and functionality of this toilet. Upon reading a few of the reviews and prior to installation, I was wondering if I made the wrong decision. However, it is now installed and more gorgeous than in the showroom. My neighbor even saw it unpackaged in my garage and stopped by to tell me it was a beautifully designed toilet. Regarding functionality, the flush power is strong, and it is comfortable seating (with no back splash for me). It also saved me room compared to the previous toilet. I have been indifferent on toilets in the past, but this is truly a beautiful addition to my half-bath.

We did a master bath reno during the summer of 2025 and had the Brazn toilet installed in our en suite bath. It's a good thing we have two other toilets in the house because we avoid using this toilet unless we need it in the middle of the night. The design is flawed for both male and female anatomy. My husband is unable to sit on it as the front of the toilet is too shallow and his anatomy hits the toilet bowl. I get splash back when peeing no matter how I sit on the seat and I use twice as much toilet paper to dry myself off. In addition, the toilet does not handle flushing #2 down consistently. Sometimes it takes 3 flushes to accomplish this. So much for being environmentally conscious! I held off on writing this review figuring it couldn't get any worse until recently when my husband noticed the toilet sprays water onto the floor when flushed if the toilet cover is not down all the way. It has become clear that in order to fully use our new master bath, we will need to source another toilet. IMO, there is nothing redeeming about this toilet other than the cool, streamlined look. Don't be duped by buying form over function!

I bought three of the dual flush Kohler Brazin. Looks beautiful but sounds like my house is falling down when you flush. The inside of tank is all crazy plastic pieces that make so much noise. Trying to figure out what to do…..
