The insulation part worked great and solved our condensation problem. However, fresh out of the box it must have a gasket leak of some sort which causes the tank to refill periodically between flushes. I expect this can be solved by taking the stupid thing apart and replacing a gasket, but I am very annoyed to have to do this with a brand new tank.

We replaced the touch free tank, which was a seriously bad product, with our new tank. It came at the promised time, and was simple to install. Did it myself, and I am no plumber. It is simple and straightforward as a product and restored my faith in Kohler. The other tank led me to believe I would never use or suggest Kohler again.
