When taken out of the box we thought toilet was much larger then the toilet we were replacing. The length was the same but is built much sturdier then our old toilet. Also the flushing hole is larger with new toilet which will help waste flush easier. We did need to order new tank for our old tank did not fit into new toilet holes. Just beware! Old toilet was made by Amarican Standard. New tank is Kohler.
