Really nice toilet, worth the money

I now have 2 of these toilets. In my newly remodeled bathrooms. They are very comfortable and have a strong flushing action. Very satisfied with all of Kohler's products, and I appreciate the advice they have given me, and also the replacement of items under warranty. That is one of the main reasons I try to buy nothing but Kohler products.

Old toilet had brass bolts inside the tank attaching it to the bowl. Problem was that the bolt heads would corrode over time increasing possibility of water leaking at some point in time. Also, the corrosion discolored the water in the tank, and contaminated water flushing into the bowl stained it. The bolts needed replacement every 3-5 years, and removing unsightly stain was difficult. This Kohler "Dry" version has a tank that attaches to the bowl without the bolts going through the bottom of the tank. Easier to clean than old toilet because there are none of the usual multitude of holes under the upper lip of the bowl that attract mold and become hard to clean.
