Worst possible experience. In the middle of installation our contractor found the flange was missing from the box. Upon further inspection we confirmed and Wayfair's customer service could not have been worse. I got the run-around and was connected to multiple agents just to end up with no replacement. My husband now has to drive an hour and a half to pick it up from the nearest warehouse that has it in stock instead. Would not recommend, save your money and piece of mind and get this part from a reputable store. This was the second major delay in our renovation because of Wayfair.
