I regret choosing this faucet and wish I had done more research before purchasing. First, you can’t seamlessly switch between touchless and manual use. It’s essentially one or the other, and when using the touchless feature, the handle has to remain in the “on” position. That defeats some of the convenience I was expecting. My biggest frustration is the power requirement. This faucet relies on a power source, so if the power goes out, you lose functionality, which is not something I anticipated or wanted in a kitchen faucet. Additionally, we’ve had ongoing issues with the wiring not staying properly connected, and as a result, the faucet is currently not working at all. I originally chose the touchless feature for sanitary reasons, but due to the lack of flexibility and reliability, we don’t even use it. Overall, this has been a disappointing purchase.

Just be aware for the touch less feature to work, it involves connecting the included valve box and installing batteries or connecting to an electrical outlet.
