For the amount paid on this faucet. The packaging should have been handled with care. It came beat up. I am honestly surprised the faucet was not damaged.

Water comes out like a little stream .

It’s super pretty but the only thing nice about it. Terrible product for the price. The spray is attached to a super stiff rubber that doesn’t retract. You have to pull it down and snake it back which is so inconvenient that the likelihood is that we would never use it. The water is so slow to turn off too so that it leaks when the sprayer is put back. Similarly, the actual faucet itself doesn’t immediately turn off the water. I would not recommend this product. I will try to contact customer service to see if this is just a defective product. Otherwise will have to replace costing us about $1200 wasted money
