The toilet arrived in perfect condition and has worked well since installation. We really like the 19", comfort height and how efficiently it does its job. It's a good quality product.

There was a green substance on the underside of my toilet and it looks like there was a repair done. My first toilet came in four pieces because the shipping company must have dropped it. Not sure why I would have got the replacement that looks like it might have been defective at one point. It doesn't leak and it holds water but still a little concerning. Also because of the green paint after installing the toilet and having to remove it the green paint chipped off which would have prevented the wax seal from making a proper seal I had to use a solvent to remove the green paint so when I reinstalled it it would have a proper seal.
