This product is hard to determine if it is an actual fit for the faucet you are trying to repair. The photos are not sufficient to ensure that you are getting what you need. Buyer beware! Wayfair's return policy only gives a limited amount of time to process a return. You may be left with a $50 faucet hose you will likely never need again and does not fit your faucet.

After more than 7 years of use, the faucet hose developed a leak and after doing some research I contacted CS to discuss my needs. Despite my confusion, Sarah confirmed the correct part and fulfilled the request. As for the product, it appears to be of the same quality although it came with a smaller zip tie to hold the weight. I removed the old hose with the aid of some YouTube videos as it is more difficult than Kohler's video show. I was then able to easily install the new one, in no time, and tested successfully for leaks. Full process took approximately 1-2 hours. With normal use, I expect it to last for a reasonable amount of years again.

I have yet to use this replacement product, because I cannot get the old hose detached. My next step is to take the entire faucet apart get it all above the sink and see if I can get it apart that way.
