The toilet arrived completely smashed to bits. Construction is now delayed and I don’t know what to do with it.

Arrived cracked 2 different times. Flushing mechanism is also finicky. Overall disappointed given the kohler reputation.

Arrived as pictured. I haven't installed it yet however, I think it is going to great for my new spa room!

To date, this is the sleekest yet powerful toilet I have purchased. Usually, I hesitate buying anything online, however with the Pandemic going on I had no choice. I am a full-time single mom and my 17-year old son and I figured out how to remove the outdated toilet and replace with the Kingston. I was more happy that I could purchase my own seat to match the decor in my bathroom, which was also purchased by Wayfair.

Nice quality. Works great. What else can I say?
