This product took 1.5 months longer than stated when I paid for it. The bigger issue is that installation doc is pathetic. We called customer service for the product and they could not help us either - reason mentioned is that they work with a lot of products so “do not know”. I can’t even return this anymore and I’m stuck with it when it is about to fall off any moment!!! And I wasted money 2 times since I had to get 2 different professional handy men to fix it and then refix it and it’s still shaky!! Pls do not buy this.
