The product was overdue by almost a month from the original shipping date. When I called Wayfair the first time they said my package was lost during delivery. They also said the product was on back order so they couldn’t send me another. Fast forward to today, finally received my order. It took a couple more calls to Wayfair and it finally arrived. However the packaging was badly damaged and feared the shower door was damaged as well. To my delight the glass was intact along with the other pieces. Not sure if any are missing until I put it together. Can’t really comment on the door itself though it looks pretty good. The handles are different than the pictures as they are actually stick on handles and not the ones you see in the photos.

Door quality is good, instructions were easy to follow and overall I'm happy with door. The delivery was ten days later than promised and the packaging was badly damaged with one end torn open. Thankfully, the glass was not broken and all the components were there. Due to the shipping delays I have doubts about ordering again

I had an issue with a sctatch on one of the glass doors, and the Kohler customer support person was super nice and helpful in getting a replacement ordered. The handles are held in place with 3M stick on material but seem plenty sturdy. The instructions are pretty much straightforward if you are used to using things like this! I completed my installation by myself in 2 half-days, but I would recommend 2 people since hanging the glass doors is heavy and awkward.

Have not installed the door yet. The shipping was good nothing appears to be damaged. The delivery guys were very nice on time and put the door where we asked them to.

We were very happy with the Kohler shower doors that we purchased from Wayfair. They arrived on time, and looked beautiful with our marble shower tile.
