I’ve always had a good experience with Kohler, but we are replacing this Kohler Lustra toilet seat due to very loose plastic hardware. We’ve had to tighten it regularly every week since installing more than a year ago, but now daily, or multiple times a day. Several people stopped using that toilet and would rather go elsewhere. It’s always a surprise to discover how loose it is every day…just a little loose, because someone just tightened it, or a LOT loose, because the last tightening was yesterday, and it felt like you were falling off really fast. Always a surprise. We should have returned it the first month, but in our busy little school office, everything is a higher priority than the toilet seat. But we are all glad to finally toss it out to the dumpster and be rid of it forever.
