Toilette NUMI® 2.0 INTELLIGENT 30754-PA-0

I have both the original and this newer model. The newest model is awful. The control that is mounted to wall does not allow you to use all the functions. They expect you to bring your phone and go to their app to adjust water temperature, water pressure. The app will not save your preferences, so if you do not want to bring your phone to the restroom like me, you are forced to use factory settings which is cold water and low pressure. The only feature I like on this new much more expensive toilet is the prerinse and self clean. Who ever redesigned this toilet and made the function panel that goes on wall really failed. The original one looks modern, is clear and easy to use and allows you to use every fun from one spot. Another failure is the lighting. If you want music you have to have colorful, flashing lights that looks like a disco party and is tacky and unsophisticated. Most people would like the original Numi toilet relaxing music and a solid light that does not flash obnoxiously. I absolutely would not recommend this toilet again. I bought one assuming it would be like the original and was greatly disappointed. Fergusons where I purchased it of course did not go through frustrating details. Also it will never connect to Alexa, I had to get a new circuit board before it ever would work , this is for a brand new toilet. Underwhelming on so many levels. Kohler custom service is great, but have spent way to much time resolving all the issues with this toilet. Until they correct these issue I would definitely recommend buying.

Horrible toilet for the money. Software is glitchy and some times it flushes sometimes it doesn’t. I reached out to service and they tried 2 times to fix it and it needs a new motherboard after a year, what a huge waste of money I’m so upset i bought this .

I bought this toilet and have had nothing but issues.. First, the gateway that came with the toilet had an expired certificate.. what that means is that you could not pair the toilet. Kholer service was great and had to send a repair company to replace the gateway. Then.. all kinds of pairing issues due to the fact they had a known issue connecting to iphone pro max models.. However they did not tell me on the call for 90 minutes trying to solve the pairing issue. Next the app stopped working because it thinks Im sitting on the toilet when I am not , thus suppressing four of the feature. One must ask WHY do they have most of the controls on a phone instead of a control bar like a Toto. I'm not sure everyone would want to take their phone to the commode so they can use all the functions. This is a monumental waste of time, money I DO NOT RECOMMEND I DO want to say that every time I call support they are great, BUT I should not have to call as much on a very expensive product

excellent features; a nice improvement on the very good original numi - it would be even better if it supported Apple Homekit! and, I would like a better forum to suggest app improvements/modifications - all in all, very good purchase

I have had the privilege of using one of these fine machines at a party recently. I would give it a 4 star rating. However, there was not enough time for me to fully explore all of the functions it has to offer. I am seriously looking into one for myself. My questions are, If I were to use it in the middle of the night, the nightlight would be extremely useful as would the remote control toilet lid. If I were to engage the front cleaning with warm water on pulsating mode, is there a timer for this mode? Or could I use it for an extended period of time? I was also wondering if the remote control feature could be used while seated for flushing if the cleansing cycle requires additional time? The gurgling sound of the flush may be somewhat distracting. Is the Hi-fidelity sound system able to be used as a wireless bluetooth speaker? It would be comforting to have favorite mood sounds playing during my time. Thank You
