I was nervous to order based on other reviews. I had no issue getting toilet paper on like other stated. So they either redesigned or something. Works just as expected.

We had our bathroom remodeled two years ago and this items was what was recommended as part of the hardware chosen. The arm constantly falls off when we go to pull of toilet paper as the spring mechanism gave way due to challenges of putting a roll of toilet paper on. It is a horrible product that we overpaid for.
