We had our bathroom remodeled two years ago and this items was what was recommended as part of the hardware chosen. The arm constantly falls off when we go to pull of toilet paper as the spring mechanism gave way due to challenges of putting a roll of toilet paper on. It is a horrible product that we overpaid for.

I redid my master bath and used the Occasion collection because I liked the look. This toilet paper holder is shaped so that it is actually impossible to get a roll of TP onto it without either tearing the cardboard spool or nearly breaking it off of the wall. It should not be sold/should be pulled from the collection.
