Looks as expected. Small issue and it was quickly resolved with a new replacement one.

Wayfair shipped the part very fast and it arrived undamaged. However, the part itself is not even close to the level of quality of Kohler tubs, sinks, and faucets. The rails are very thin sheet metal, and the ends are plastic. I don't dare put more than 2 large towels on top for fear of breaking it. For the amount of money this rack costs, it is a complete rip-off.
