I bought this item from Best Plumbing in Somers, NY. It is extremely loud...anyone in the adjacent rooms will know that you're unrolling toilet paper. Perhaps it has something to do with the side that has the arm is not fitting flushly against the wall. I had to improvise and cut down a cabinet door bumper to size, and place it where the arm and other side of the holder meet. The product itself is stylish, modern, sturdy, and very easy to change the roll.

The holder we received has one problem. Its pivoting bar is very stiff to move, unlike a previous similar holder. I wonder if that's been true for all of these, or this one is a fluke.
