I bought the Awaken shower kit. The picture showed the hose was steel, but it is a cheap plastic hose colred silver on the outside. I am shocked!

Bought this from a plumbing supplier online in the store because they did not have a sample in the showroom. The plate behind the handle is plastic. So disappointed. Would never have ordered this. I expected chrome metal, not chrome colored plastic. It wasn’t cheap.
