I had been searching for a replacement lever for my mother’s Kohler toilet for a few months. I had stopped at a few plumbing stores and asked for the right parts twice, but none of them worked. Finally I got the model number from the inside of the toilet tank and sent an email to Kohler asking for the right part. They answered and I ordered accordingly.
