This product was exactly what we needed. Shipped out very fast. It was delivered the next day.

This does not fit in my drains. Could not find meaningful dimensions in product details. It was cheap, so I took a chance. I lost the gamble. Not worth my time to try and return it

I had my Devonshire faucet only 8 years and the stopper would not raise since the plastic part broke off. If it were made of metal it would have lasted much longer than 8 years if not for the life of the faucet. I agree with reviewer "Tony Manero" and Kohler should have made the stopper system all metal. I would have been glad to spend a little more money for a better product. All these plastic parts are not durable.

The upper stem, plastic, snap broke from the stopper head. Kohler should either use stronger plastic like fiberglass or "tough plastic", or how about aluminum ? If the right materials were used, this wouldn't need replacement in about 3 years of moderate use. This was a drain accompanying the Devonshire lever, 8" spaced faucet in Polish Chrome. However, there was "free shipping" for this replacement so it was a good solution.
