so frustrated with this purchase. THe backsplash was missing from the box and they sent a replacement but not by Birch Lane. They send a Kohler backsplash that is the wrong color and wrong length. I guess I will never get it fixed. Another policy irritating is their return policy. When doing construction, stuff gets delayed and that's just a fact. You don't always know if there's a problem until you get near the end.....like putting on the BACKSPLASE!!! I will be calling Birch Lane and making a complaint.
