I looked all over for this replacement seat. It was a great price and really well packaged and arrived in two days.

It seemed like everything was just a little off. The price was the best, the shipping was delayed one day and wayfair informed me of the delay The item arrived undamaged. I have no problem with wayfair . The company has always worked out well with me. The other thing that was off. After being a Kohler owner of many different products I was greatly surprised that their exact fit product was close but not exact.

When you see the seat on the toilet you can see why it cost more than some others, it was easy to install and will out last the toilet.

Exactly as ordered. Tired of the cheap plastic toilet seats and their always slipping connections? Get this seat with real metal hinges and a genuine seat to sit securely and comfortably.

Beautiful in black, but it is NOT soft close, lid closes with a BANG and the seat does NOT stay up while urinating..you have to hold it ...ECHHHH
